Due to the current health situation, our flight schedule is being modified and some of our schedules are changing.
In this context, Chalair is modifying its postponement conditions and giving its customers and passengers the possibility of changing their dates for any trip scheduled up to 31 December 2020. These modification requests without penalty are valid within the limit of available seats and on request:
- For tickets purchased directly from Chalair, either on our website or via our telephone reservation centre, please fill in our postponement or change of destination request form (see at the bottom of this page).
- For tickets purchased and issued through an intermediary (travel agency or online ticket sales site), Chalair cannot modify your booking. Please contact the sale site from which you purchased your ticket(s).
Cancellation: if it is not possible to postpone the trip, we offer the possibility of using the residual or full value of the ticket, within the limit of its validity (one year from the date of issue) for any new trip on Chalair flights throughout our network. This request can be made in the following way:
- For tickets purchased on our Chalair website, or via our telephone reservation platform, please make your request by clicking on the contact tab on this page.
- For tickets that have been purchased and issued by an intermediary, we recommend that you contact the customer service department of this organisation in order to initiate this procedure.
If you do not have a travel plan or a postponement date, the refund of your ticket purchased on our Chalair website or via our telephone platform can be requested from our customer service department by clicking on the contact tab on this page. For tickets that have been issued through a travel agency or an online sales site, customers should contact the issuer for any refund requests.
