COMMERCIAL MEASURES - COVID-19
Update: April 08, 2020
Due to the containment and travel restriction measures related to COVID-19, Chalair is modifying its postponement conditions and granting its customers and passengers the possibility of changing their travel dates, without penalty, within the validity of their ticket (one year from the date of issue). As a reminder, all our flights are suspended until 1 June inclusive (excluding Corsica flights: suspension until 28 June).
This possibility of postponement is valid:
Cancellation: if it is not possible to postpone the trip, we offer the possibility of using the value of the ticket, residual or full, within the limit of its validity (one year from its date of issue) for any new trip on Chalair flights throughout our network.
If no future date or destination can be envisaged, the ticket may be refunded at the end of its one-year validity (the request must be made no later than one day before its expiry date).
For tickets that have been issued by a travel agency or an online sales site, customers must contact the issuer, for any postponement request or refund.
